Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour + ½ cup besan + ½ kashmiri red chilli powder + 1 tbs sesame seeds + ½ turmeric powder + 1 green chilli finely chopped + 1 cup uptown fresh mix microgreens or any one microgreen ( our personal fav is onion microgreen) + 1 tbs curd + salt as per taste + 3 tbs oil or ghee.
Preparation:
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour and besan.
also add chili powder, turmeric, sesame seeds, and salt additionally, add green chili. Now add roughly chopped uptown fresh microgreens. Give a rough mix making sure the spices are combined well. Furthermore, add 1 tbs of curd and combine the dough well, add some water and knead the dough to smooth and soft texture like of chapathi dough. Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it. Also, dust with some wheat flour. Further roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha. Now on a hot tawa place, roll the rolled thepla and cook for a minute flip it and cook through from the other side.
Serve it with chilled curd. ENJOY!
